About me
I recently presented for CAPTAIN (California Autism Professional Training and Information Network) about how I've been using AI in my classroom. The presentation focused on how to use AI to implement autism evidence-based practices. I have been teaching in the ESGV SELPA Autism program since 2006 and was a part of the CAPTAIN cadre for eight years. As part of CAPTAIN, I presented at conferences to parents, educators, service providers, and administrators about a variety of autism evidince-based practices; including video models, social narratives, visual supports, task analysis and more. This last spring CAPTAIN asked me to present on how I have been using AI in my classroom to enhance theSE EBPs to better meet the needs of my students.
